Thompson Family Portrait Commission

With the semester being so insane, schedule wise, it's a wonder I found time to take on this commission. Well, actually, I put myself pretty behind on homework to get it completed this weekend. Nevertheless, I have no regrets about how I spent my time the last few days. By all accounts, the client was very pleased with the outcome and possessed the generosity of gracing my with a 25% tip (which was awesome, because I actually spent about 150% of the allotted time set aside for the project). I, also, am very pleased with how the project turned out as well. Sure, there are little things I could nitpick, but given the circumstances, I'd say it all turned out pretty darn well. On top of all of that, it sounds like the connection made via this project may open another door for more potential commissions (which is doubleplusgood, because I really need the money for the winter break.

Well, that should do it for now. The semester is almost over, so prepare to be bombarded with copious posts and self pimping of commission work to anyone willing to shell out some cash for great work. Until next time!
