A bit of wardrobe design for the graphic novel I've been working on. It begins in a desert world, so I've been researching appropriate clothing to survive a hot, dry climate. Here is the basic suggested attire for surviving in the desert (Loose, light, cotton).

Well, what they are wearing is what men wore in what is now Israel, and would have likely been what Jesus wore, the belted robe or tunic (I read the ancient Israeli women generally went belt-less) Must have been good for the weather.
